1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website and the conditions for purchasing products sold through the Piecesofv online store.

Browsing the website and making purchases implies full acceptance of these conditions.

2. Products

Piecesofv is dedicated to the sale of clothing and fashion accessories.

Customized products are produced according to the specifications provided by the customer.

The images presented on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be slight variations in colour, size, or positioning of elements.

3. Prices

All prices shown are in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.

Piecesofv reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prejudice to already confirmed orders.

4. Purchase process

To make a purchase, the user must:

  • Select the desired product
  • Add to cart
  • Fill in billing and delivery details
  • Select payment method
  • Confirm the order

Order confirmation implies an obligation to pay.

Upon completion, a confirmation email will be sent.

5. Payment methods

Several payment methods are available, including:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Klarna
  • MB Way
  • Multibanco

Payments are processed through secure platforms.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders will be sent to the address indicated by the customer.

Processing and shipping times will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Piecesofv is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties, namely carriers.

7. Right of free resolution

In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the consumer has the right to free resolution within 14 days after receiving the product.

To exercise this right, you must contact Piecesofv via email geral@piecesofv.pt.

Returned products must be:

  • In perfect condition
  • Without signs of use
  • In original packaging

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Exceptions to the right of free resolution:

Under the law, the right of free resolution does not apply to:

  • Customized products or products made to customer specifications
  • Personal use items likely to compromise hygiene, such as jewellery, bikinis, and swimsuits

8. Exchanges and returns

In case of defect or error attributable to Piecesofv, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, sending photographic evidence.

After validation, the following will be carried out:

  • Product replacement, or
  • Refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days

9. Liability

Piecesofv is not responsible for damages resulting from interruptions, technical failures, or computer viruses that may affect access to the website.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website is the property of Piecesofv or used with authorization.

Its reproduction without prior consent is prohibited.

11. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Dispute resolution

In case of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
