Return and Exchange Policy

Right of free termination

In accordance with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without needing to state a reason.

Exceptions

The right of free termination does not apply to the following products:

  • Personalized products or those made to customer specifications
  • Personal use items likely to compromise hygiene, such as costume jewellery, bikinis, and swimsuits, when opened after delivery

Conditions for return

For returns to be accepted, products must be returned:

  • Without signs of use
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact

Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, the customer should contact:

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, one of the following will be processed:

  • Refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days, or
  • Shipment of a new product (in case of exchange)

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of a defect or error attributable to Piecesofv.

Personalized products

Personalized products are produced according to customer specifications, and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of a defect or production error.

Piecesofv is not responsible for errors provided by the customer during personalization.

Defective or incorrect products

If the product is defective, the customer must contact Piecesofv within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, sending photographic evidence.

In these cases, return costs will be borne by Piecesofv.

Consumer rights relating to the legal guarantee of conformity of goods remain in force, in accordance with applicable legislation.
